What is FARM Rio?
Farm Rio is a global fashion and lifestyle brand that captures the true essence of Brazil. Using a playful mix of proprietary prints and radiant colors and textures, FARM Rio inspires a life well-lived - one of authenticity, vibrancy and natural beauty.
What is FARM's founding story?
It all began in 1997 at a marketplace in Rio de Janeiro. Founders Kátia Barros and Marcello Bastos introduced a collection of colorful garments capturing the vibrant spirit of Rio. Locals immediately fell in love with FARM’s authentic and bold designs. Propelled by the enthusiastic response, FARM went on to open stores all across Brazil, eventually earning a reputation as Brazil’s most beloved lifestyle brand.
What is One Tree Planted?
FARM Rio is joining forces with One Tree Planted, an organization whose mission is to make it simple for people to give back to the environment. With each purchase on FARMRio.com and at our retail locations, we donate one tree to be planted in Brazil’s endangered Atlantic Forest. Our goal is to help recover endangered forest ecosystems and protect fresh water supply, and we want to make it easy for our customers to join us in this mission.
When will my order be processed?
Due to our reduced shifts scheduling, we are shipping order as soon as we can from our Brooklyn warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM usually will ship on the next business day however due to high demand can take up 2 business days. We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S. You can select Next Day Air for $40 at checkout. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. International shipping excluded Russia. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and don't offer Saturday delivery yet. If you have reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us to initiate a lost package investigation within 7 days of the delivery date.Price matches are honored within 7 days of purchase.
What's the online return policy?
FARM is happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached that were purchased online for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges are available for the same style only.  All undergarments, beauty/home products and sale items marked at 60% or more are considered final sale (no exchanges). Mailed returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase for order after March 1st, or else they will be ineligible for return and automatically reshipped to the customer.  Return shipping is free for US orders. There is a 15.00 USD fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. No exchanges. Price matches are honored within 7 days of purchase. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. FARM monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when we've processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

The tub symbolizes the domestic washing treatment by manual or mechanical process. It is used to transmit information regarding the maximum temperature for washing and other cleaning processes. [icon-bleach-1][icon-bleach-2][icon-bleach-3] 2. Bleaching Process

The circle symbolizes the dry cleaning and wet cleaning processes for textiles (excluding genuine leather and fur) made by professionals. the wet cleaning symbol is optional.
