Do you have a size chart?
There's a Size and Fit chart in inches for every piece available on our
website, but we're already working on ways to improve them. Sometimes you need
to double the values of the chart since they refer to the flat product. Also,
our size chart is in inches. If the item doesn't fit you, don't worry! We'll
be happy to help you. Ok?
When will my order be processed?
Our orders normally take 1-3 business days to get ready specially for you at
our Warehouse
How long will my order take to
dispatch?
We estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the
shipping date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if
you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can definitely help you with that, but only if your order has not
been shipped. If you have an order cancellation request, please reach out to
our CS team at least 2 hours after the purchase and they'll be more than happy
to help you. Please remember that our Warehouse is always trying to make your
package arrive as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue
a cancellation.

Can I pick up my order at the
store?
Of course! You can choose the "pick up at the store option" and we will let
you know when your package is ready for pick up! It takes about 5 business
days, okay? Check out our stores here: https://www.farmrio.com/pages/stores
Can I exchange my order?
We also have an option to exchange the items which can be very easy!

Just remember that we can exchange sizes and styles. If you choose to
exchange for another style, keep in mind to exchange for the same quantity of
items and if you have some value discrepancy to issue the payment to keep the

Can I exchange my delivery address after completing an
order?
Unfortunately, we can't update addresses after the order is placed most of
the time.
We always advise our customers to check the provided info carefully while placing the order, paying attention to each detail. What is your return window?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached.
Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date will be
automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Do you restock?
Sometimes we get some returns from other customers, so we always suggest you
to keep an eye out on our website! You can also click on Notify Me
When Available if the product is still available on different
sizes.
What's your return
policy?
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange;
- Exchanges are available for the same style only;
- All sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. They are marked and are the ones with 60% off or more.
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer;
- Mailed returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date;
- International orders can only be returned for a full refund;
- Return shipping is free for U.S. orders and there is a fee for International returns that will be deducted from your refund when it is processed;
- Price matches can only be honored within 7 days of purchase and any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

- For International Returns, please visit the return portal to start the process: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/portal Remember that there is a $30 fee* for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. *Free returns for Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe Union.

Return and Exchange
Our return policy states that you can return your purchase within 30 days
starting from the day you placed your order. All items tagged as FINAL SALE
cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges are available for the same style
only. Please use the shipping label provided through our portal to ship the
item back to us.
If you need to return an order in which the purchase qualified for a free
gift, the gift must be returned with the rest of your order if you no longer
qualify for the offer. If the gift is not returned, we serve the right to
charge you the full price of the item in the payment method the original

international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return

When will I receive my refund?
Return processing might take up to 15 business days upon delivery at
Warehouse.
Once you start a return, our system will automatically create an instant
voucher that can be used in your next purchase. Since it's optional, it's up
to you to use the full amount or just part of it. If you're looking into
receiving a full refund, don't worry: please, disregard this message, and then
your reimbursement will be sent back to the original payment method.
Once we process your return, please allow 10 business days for your bank to
post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when we've
processed your refund, so you know it's on the way. Your refund will be
credited back to the original form of payment.
What are final sale
items?
We only do not accept return of final sale items. They are marked and are the
ones with 60% off or more. The final sale items are always marked.
Refund Gift Card?
It's okay to return an item! As soon as you start a return, we offer you an
instant refund voucher that can be used on your next purchase! If you decide
not to proceed and place a new order, don't worry. You will receive a full
refund on your original form of payment in a few days! Return processing might
take between 15 business days upon delivery at our Warehouse. Once we process
your return, please allow 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to
your account. You will receive an email when we've processed your refund, so
you know it's on the way. Your refund will be credited back to the original
form of payment.
What about plus sizes?
In respect to transparency, FARM US does recognize that we need to better
understand the U.S. plus size apparel market. In Brazil, we chose to be
democratic regardless of sizing and this is an idea that we like very much.

relationships with clothes - navigating thru styles rather than sizes. We know
how important it is to find an item that fits you perfectly. We will keep
working on it to bring you great news sooner than later.
Can I get a price adjustment?
Why not? Price adjustments can be honored within 7 days of purchase and any
duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. All refunds will be credited to the
original form of payment used to make the purchase. Also, please make sure
that your items were purchased on FARM Rio's website.
