What's your return policy?
  • All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the original purchase date will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.  

    • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange;

    • Exchanges are available for the same style only;

    • All sale items marked as final sale* cannot be returned or exchanged. They are marked and are the ones with 60% off or more.

    • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer;

    • International orders can only be returned for a full refund;

    • Return shipping is free for U.S. orders and there is a fee for International returns that will be deducted from your refund when it is processed;

    • Price matches can only be honored within 7 days of purchase and any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

    • If you need to return an order in which the purchase qualified for a free gift, the gift must be returned with the rest of your order if you no longer qualify for the offer. If the gift is not returned, we serve the right to charge you the full price of the item in the payment method the original purchase was made with.

    For International Returns, please visit the return portal to start the process: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/portal Remember that there is a $15.00 fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.     You can also return in store. Online returns can be made in store. Check our stores locations and don't forget to bring your invoice/receipt.

    Return and Exchange

    Only if your order is delivery in the USA. Unfortunately we still cannot exchange orders for other countries outside the USA, but we are already working on it.

    To iniciate the Exchange process, please click here. Follow the simple steps and your new item will be with you in no time! Just remember that we can exchange sizes and styles. If you choose to exchange for another style, keep in mind to exchange for the same quantity of items and if you have some value discrepancy to issue the payment to keep the purchase.

    Please notice that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can only return and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item.

    Can I get a price adjustment?

    Price adjustments can be honored within 7 days of purchase and any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Also, please make sure that your items were purchased on FARM Rio's website. 

    But please, remember that we can only price adjust items bough from our own website. We do not price match with FarmRio items from other stores.

    Do you have a size chart?

    There's a Size and Fit chart in inches for every piece available on our website, but we're already working on ways to improve them. Sometimes you need to double the values of the chart since they refer to the flat product. If you need help to understand, or if for some reason this chart isn't available for the item you wish, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be more than happy to assist.

    How long my order will take to get to me?

    The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected shipping method and delivery address. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, your order could take an extra day to get to you. We offer free shipping for the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union for orders over 50$. It usually takes 1 or 2 business days for us to process it. Then you can start counting the shipping days. 

    We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays and don't offer Saturday delivery. Once it's shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Some orders may be subject to signature requirements upon delivery due to order value. UPS usually operates between 9 AM — 6 PM on business days. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    *Taxes will be added when laws apply. **International shipping excluded Russia. 

    You can also choose the "pick up at the store option" to pick up your order personally in our store (the option will only be available if the item is available at the store) and we will let you know when your package is ready for pick up! It takes about 5 business days, okay? Check out our stores here.

    Can I cancel my order?

    We can definitely try to help you with that, but only if your order has not been shipped. So it's not guaranteed we'll be able to. If you have an order cancellation request, please reach out to our CS team at least 2 hours after the purchase and they'll be more than happy to help you. Please remember that our Warehouse is always trying to make your package arrive as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation.

    If the cancellation is not possible, please, don't worry! Once you receive your package, please make a free return through this link.

    Can I change my mailing address after placing an order?

    We can't update addresses after the order is placed, most of the time.

    We always advise our customers to check the delivery information carefully while placing the order, paying attention to each detail. But, if you need urgent help, within 2 hours after completing your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact our CS team at hello@farmrio.com. It's not guaranteed, but we'll do our best to help you!

    How to take care of your garments.

    Our pieces are made with love and are very delicate. In order to make them last as long as possible, we suggest you follow the instructions presented on the care label of each piece.

    Find the meaning of each symbol below:

    1. Washing Process
    The tub symbolizes the domestic washing treatment by manual or mechanical process. It is used to transmit information regarding the maximum temperature for washing and other cleaning processes.

    2. Bleaching Process
    The triangle symbolizes the bleaching process.

    3. Drying Process
    The circle with the square represents the drying drum which is used after the washing. The maximum temperature is indicated by one or two dots inside the symbol.

    4. Natural Drying Process
    The symbols above mean natural drying. The square with three vertical lines inside represents drip, where the textile is hung wet and may or may not be straightened after the water excess.

    5. Ironing Process
    The iron symbol represents the domestic ironing and ironing pressing process, with or without steam. The maximum temperature is indicated by one, two, or three dots inside the symbol.

    6. Professional Cleaning Process (Dry or Humid)
    The circle symbolizes the dry cleaning and wet cleaning processes for textiles (excluding genuine leather and fur) made by professionals. the wet cleaning symbol is optional.

    Do you restock?
    We usually do not restock items, but sometimes we get some returns from other customers, so we always suggest you to keep an eye out on our website! You can also click on Notify Me When Available if the product is still available on different sizes.
    When will I receive my refund?
    Return processing might take up to 15 business days upon delivery at Warehouse As soon as you start a return, we offer you an instant refund voucher that can be used on your next purchase! If you decide not to proceed and place a new order, don't worry. You will receive a full refund on your original form of payment in a few days! Return processing might take between 15 business days upon delivery at our Warehouse. Once we process your return, please allow 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when we've processed your refund, so you know it's on the way. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
